Campaign Life Coalition announces speaker lineup for the 22nd National March for Life on Parliament Hill
Ottawa, April 30 – Campaign Life Coalition is proud to announce the roster of speakers for the 22nd National March for Life rally on Parliament Hill set for May 9, 2019. The National March for Life is Canada’s largest annual pro-life demonstration, and this year, Canadians from across the country will march in opposition to 50 years of abortion on demand, commemorating the more than 4 million children killed before birth since 1969.
This year’s impressive lineup features Ann McElhinney and Phelim McAleer, producers of Gosnell – The Trial of America’s Biggest Serial Killer, and joined by Abby Johnson, founder of And Then There Were None and Author of Unplanned, and Steve Karlen, Campaign Director & Matt Britton, General Counsel for 40 Days for Life.
Our special guests will be joined by MP David Anderson, Cypress Hills—Grasslands, Saskatchewan, Angelina Steenstra, Canadian Coordinator for Silent No More Awareness Campaign, Shalyn McGuin, Save the 1, the Most Reverend Terrence Prendergast, S.J., Archbishop of Ottawa, and His Eminence Thomas Cardinal Collins, Archbishop of Toronto. The MC’s for the rally are Marie-Claire Bissonnette, CLC Youth Coordinator and John-Henry Westen, founder and editor-in-chief of LifeSiteNews.com. The opening prayer will be led by Pastor Eric Lanthier, Vice-President of Uni-T Voix pour les valeurs chretiennes and Net Canada Worship will perform before and after the March.
